Are these physical products?

No. ClearPages Studios sells digital downloads only. No physical item will be shipped.

How do I get my files?

After checkout, you will receive a download link by email. You may also see a download link on the order confirmation page.

Can I print the PDFs?

Yes. Most ClearPages Studios products are designed so you can use them digitally or print them at home.

Can I share or resell the files?

No. Your purchase is for personal use only unless a product page clearly says that a commercial license is included.

I did not receive my download. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, email support@clearpagesstudios.com with your order number.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you run into a technical problem with your file (corrupted download, wrong file delivered, link not working), contact us at support@clearpagesstudios.com within 14 days and we'll resend a working copy at no charge.
